That’s a cannoli. It is a cream-filled-fried-cookie shell, topped with chocolate chips. The cream is made from ricotta cheese, heavy cream, and lots o’ powdered sugar. And like I said before, the shell is basically a fried tube cookie. Also, it’s the most heavenly fucking thing you will ever have in your life. You should go find one right now.
